"Im only giving Midlands 1 star because it wont allow 0 stars with how horrible my experience has been with them. Been nothing but jumping through hoops during this entire process. Between them losing my labs and giving me the wrong patients results to not refilling my prescription in a timely matter so now my skin condition is coming back after not having it for an entire week. Can't speak directly to a nurse, have to leave a message and hope it doesn't take the full 48 hours (while out of prescription) to return my call. I went to them because I was in desperate need of finding some relief for my rapidly worsening and spreading skin condition on my face that has made such a drastic impact on my life. No patient should have to ever call a lab department and ask for them to send your Dr. the results of their labs so that they can get their prescription refills.....because it doesn't seem to be a priority when its not them personally who is going through something as excruciating as this and is affecting them in ways words can not describe on a daily basis."
