Reviews
"New building, helpful staff, great environment for the students to learn in."
"Among the good school in metro area! Proud to be a Johnston graduate. Go drags."
"Johnston high school was the worst experience my children had. All three of them. From bullying to no friend to depression and anxiety. No wonder we have a high suicide rate. Johnston doesn't focus on their students well being and happiness along with academics. Johnston focuses on their star sports programs and students. It's pathetic. The counselors are a joke. It's like all they are there for is to give lip service to the parent and tell them one thing and then go off and do what they please. The Dean of students is not cooperative and is protective of his teachers. Isn't a Dean of STUDENTS suposed to be for the STUDENTS??? That's what I thought."
"Pretty sure I was the person next to your daughter. sorry bout that. I trip on dph at school all the time and nobody does nothing. and for that i give it 5 stars."
"The school is overrun with drugs, and bullies are a serious problem. Note three suicides in just a few years. My daughter sat next to a student that was visibly high and the teacher did nothing about it and the guidance counselor was indifferent. She was also constantly approached by drug dealers. I gave it a two because if you can navigate the bullies and drug dealers, the coursework is reasonable."
