"Scheduled a preventive visit with Leah Bennett. I have been going to derm every 6 mos since I was diagnosed with skin cancer. Never have I ever paid $500+ for this visit. I wasn't billed as a preventive visit and told that I should only get preventive care with my PCP. What? Why would I go back to my PCP when I have been seeing a derm specialist for over 20 years and not being billed for my preventive visit. It was coded as multiple surgeries. Please ask questions when seeing this doctor."

"The receptionists are extremely rude and snarky. Every single time I’ve called their office. The receptionist was also rude to my daughter when she was just five minutes late for an appointment and questioned her about it, even with me calling ahead and letting them know. The receptionists need some lessons in customer service, patience, and kindness in general. They should be treating Avera’s patients like they would want to be treated."

"Dr. Flynn deserves 10 stars, but I took the day off to drive an hour to Sioux Falls on a day they told me I was scheduled. They gave me an address to a new location they were moving too a month or so prior, which was nice, to only get to the new location, called them making sure I was at the right place, to then be told I never got scheduled in the first place along with their equipment wasn’t working that day…wasted 2 hours of driving and a day off at work. So this gets 2 stars."
