"Check-in is always quick with prompt receptionists. Sometimes it takes longer to get an appointment but the doctors are outstanding. My Dr ALWAYS spends as much time as needed to address all of my concerns."

"Horrible experience today. Therapist is awesome. Everything else was disorganized. I checked in before i got here on my phone for my sons appointment at 3. I get here and wait in line to speak to a receptionist to let her know i am here and a man walks right past me cutting in line and she lets him cut in front of me and check in! The lady at the front desk asks for my insurance cards. I give them to her. We were 15 minutes ahead of our appointment. I wait and wait. Our appointment was at 3 but the appointments always start late, well apparently not today. The therapist had been in her office waiting for us while i had been out in the waiting room 35 minutes!!!! We literally sat through 20 minutes of my sons appointment apparently phone check in didn't fully check me in. It is very frustrating to have this fiasco on top of getting my son out of school early and driving 40 mintues. I am beyond frustrated. I talked to thr front office and they just really seemed to not be too bothered by my experience. Therapist is awesome. My experience with front desk SUCKED."

"If I could rank higher, I would!! Dr. Bechtold was excellent. We were in for a well-care visit for my toddler, and the appointment was flawless. From the lady who scheduled our appointment and helped me through the process to get records transferred from a previous office, to Dr. Bechtold and his ability to both do his evaluation AND keep my son entertained - we would absolutely recommend Family Health Care of Siouxland to anyone! "I could write a whole book. NEVER go to this place for urgent care. All they care about is making a quick dollar and getting you out the door. Ive had multiple HORRIBLE experiences here with not only myself but children and my husband. This last visit was it, Our family will NEVER go there again."

"Don't bother. This place lacks apathy and don't care about people. I moved there, made an appointment on a Monday for Wednesday. I suffer from extreme panic attacks and anxiety. I missed my appointment on Wednesday due to being in an ambulance with high blood pressure and faint from a panic attack. I was taken to the hospital. I went in on Friday that same week to make a new appointment and they said I've missed 2 appointments and could no longer be there. I have an aortic valve replacement as well and need to get INR checked. I told them I was in the back of an ambulance at the time of my appointment and couldn't make it. They didn't care at all, they weren't nice about it, and lied about missing 2 appointments. I've never even made 2 appointments with them. I never got to see anyone there and if that's how they do business I'm happy I'm not there. They don't care about you, just the money. I will say the people at the building and the Urgent care is great though with great people. They could learn alot about kindness from the people at Urgent care at night. I'd avoid this place though if you want someone who actually cares."
