"I need to do compliance paperwork for my travel nursing job about 3 times a year. I was scheduled to perform a fit test. This is to help the staffing crisis in the local ICU. First time I went the lady grabbed my face without my permission and said oh NO this is too stubbly. Mind you I just trimmed my whole beard and got it down to the lowest level which is nothing! I worked all night and had to wake up at halfway through to get this done. She was verbally disrespectful, rude, and I was kicked out and unable to finish. I came back a week later and the same person has me again. My first thought what is she going to say after verbally abusing me last time and grabbing my face?! she did not disappoint. Well, I was taking too long to put my N95 on according to her mind you I was awake, worked 13 hours, and was up since 5pm the day before. I was TIRED. But she proceeded to take this opportunity and say "What!? do you not know how to put an N95 on!?". Mind you I'm here to help this company with staffing shortages and have done fit testing every 3 months for this purpose. I worked in every COVID ICU across the whole county and acting the way she did diminished my hard work, skills, knowledge base, and respect for me as a person. I don't know what is going so bad in her personal life that treating a travel nurse hundreds of miles away from their family to help is a good idea for the company. I will not be coming back anytime soon, and I advise this establishment to re-structure its people if they want these reviews to actually be positive. I can see this place has had multiple issues and it will continue without change."
"This place is ridiculous, WARNING to everyone. I went in for a basic pre job drug screen and I couldn't fill to the line so they informed me if I left even to step outside I would be refusing to complete my test so I sat there for almost 3 hours before I felt like I could go.... So make sure you are ready when you walk in or you basically won't pass your test and you can't reschedule..... They also don't inform about this rule until after the first attempt so you are basically a prisoner"
"I had a pre-employment appt today at Sgt. Bluff location. I was told the appt was at 8, so I only asked to be off work for 1.5 hours thinking that would be plenty of time. After sitting for over 45 minutes I asked how much longer it would be and how long the appt would be. I was told the appt was at 9 and that the appt would be over an hour long. Staff was very nice and professional but I had to leave due to timing and was told I had to call the Riverside location to reschedule. When I called to reschedule and attempted to complain about the situation, the lady snapped at me and told me, "I DID NOT TELL YOU YOUR APPT WAS AT 8, I TOLD YOU THAT YOU HAD TO BE THERE AT 8!" She was very rude about it and I believe if they plan on making you sit for an hour that it should be explained when the appt is made, or at least be warned to plan on being there for 2.5 hours or so. Very disappointed and displeased with my experience and the lack of professionalism by the lady who spoke with me. If I had the choice I would not return to this place ever again."
"Went to this clinic on march 30 th. for a simple UA. Got there from Sioux Falls which was an unpleasant hour drive. Have been to this clinic on more than 1 previous occasion with no problems. This last experience I would have to agree with previous commenter, Scammers and liars". I signed paperwork that simply consisted of employer their name and address, my name, Then I handed them my license as proof of my identity. Noting that there were NO instructions about any actions to be taken before filling the cup, Also noted there was nothing on the wall pertaining to any actions or behaviors prior to taking a UA. I simply asked for a public restroom as my fiance and myself just had a long morning drive and much coffee. The woman with a bad complexion at the counter advised me in not such a pleasant way that there was no public bathroom . And I couldn't use one if there was before my test. I was not advised of this on any paperwork I signed, And there was NO notification on the wall. I went out to my car to get my pockets empty as we both had to use a restroom, As the wait was very long. When I came back in the NA informed me that they could deny my sample. They took my sample which was a split sample, Did not tell me results of immediate test, Did not put the split sample in container in front of me and put the sticker over it to be signed by myself to prove no tampering would take place. The only thing they did right in their procedure was not to make the mistake of tampering as I know I was clean. Instead they call the potential employer and fabricate a story about my calling the receptionist an expletive. I do have a lawyer and am reasonably sure that this type of activity is illegal. Will be followed up, So right now this is just a heads up warning for future clients to this facility about the employees they have right now! Good Luck."
