"Love the staff and Dr. Poulsen! Best in the area for non-surgical, non-narcotic treatment. I’ve been seeing Dr. P for the last 5 years or so. No complaints on his treatment of my back pain or his treatment of me as a person. I’ve elected to NOT use or ask for opioids to treat my pain. I like to be alert and still be able to work and enjoy life. If you are looking for a “pill mill” type Dr (you know who you are!) then I’d suggest you go elsewhere. "I hate to give one star -I absolutely love my doctor, but I had the WORST experience over the phone this morning, I was berated for calling and re-scheduling too much. I only get paid once a month and I'm paycheck to paycheck. The drive for me to the Dunes is an hour and 20 minutes. I was basically forced by the very rude receptionist to reschedule before my next paycheck or I wouldn't get more meds. I currently have Covid and I feel half asleep and out of it and had to deal with rudeness for something that I can't help. Horrible."

"I would give 0 stars if possible, this place is so unprofessional when it comes to their staff and patients care. I suffer with chronic pains that have no fix, and this clinic is absolutely the worst when it comes to making sure that their staff is being helpful and try to best understand how to help take care of their patients needs. They also will terminate you as a patient if the staff does not like you, and that staff member seems to be having themselves a terrible day. Instead of removing staff from causing scenes they blame the patient, not tell you your appointment is canceled and remove the patient with no additional follow up information, just a termination letter in hand, and no Dr to help with the Chronic Illness you’re there being treated for, or even an action plan to stop current “pain management”, I guess the patient should be expected to quit their meds cold turkey?? I sincerely wish this was not my experience as I did not know retaliation was allowed in not only a professional field of work, but more importantly a medical one."
