"Tucker and Jarod went out of their way to help me with my car.! They are unbelievable!!! Napa is so lucky to have them. I will never go to my dealership to get a part again. This is the 2nd time I have been to this Elkhorn NAPA in two months and each time they came outside, looked at my car, answered a million questions and then tried to find the most economical answer. My only complaint is that I haven't been going there FOREVER!!!"

"Had great experiences with this store. Ordered a drive shaft for an H3 hummer that failed in 4 months. They replaced it via the manufacturers warranty without issue. Buying the original drive shaft was also a pleasant experience. Due to the high dollar cost of the drive shaft you have to call in to the store when ordering online. Typically, this required me to pay postage. They waived that until the package arrived. Friendly staff. Will order parts through them in the future."
