"Would not recommend. The provider I saw was rude and disrespectful, just wanted to get me on meds and send me out the door. Looking at other reviews, it appears this has been an issue for quite some time. Sounds like they need new staff!"

"Had my referal a whole month, I’m pregnant and just got out of ABH. they say they have to request my medical records FROM SANFORD which they haven’t done yet, then tell me i need to sign a form to let them call drs from Texas and Washington. No use in even trying for psych care while pregnant in this state- not worth it. Sanford psych is a joke."

"I do hope Rachelle Broveleit finds a different career. She is one of the worst psychiatrists I’ve ever seen. She seems to be only in it for the money and nothing else. She has cancelled appointments that have been scheduled months in advance for “vacation”, I get everyone needs time off, but as a mental healthcare provider, it should not be taken at the expense of your patients, you should plan to take it, and then just don’t have availability for then, don’t just cancel upcoming appointments. She also put me on the same dosage as a child initially receives for this medication, which is 1/4 the recommended dose for adults TO START with. According to the manufacturer, for an adult with my condition, the dosage would have no noticeable impact, and just ends up costing me money, with no improvement to my condition. This country is in a mental health epidemic and people like Broveleit, just make it worse."

"Been stuck at this clinic for 8 years because it’s the only one my insurance covers and it’s terrible. I have seen 3 doctors at the clinic, two of them quit and the way the clinic told me both times was when I went to schedule my next appointment. All 3 psychiatrists I’ve seen so far have been dismissive, rude, and unhelpful. One of them even talked to a resident about my abuse history in front of me. Literally had a conversation about me and sharing personal info she had no right to share with someone in front me like I wasn’t there. Do not waste your time cause from these reviews this seems to be how most doctors in this clinic act."

"I left a 1 star rating (under a different account name on here) a couple years ago because I had a horrible experience with Dr. Nuss at this clinic. She truly should look into a different career. But I thought it's only fair that I also leave a 5 star rating because my child has been seeing Dr. Peynado at this clinic for a while now and she is wonderful. She is friendly, professional, caring, and she listens. I will leave my 1 star rating and review up because of that other psychiatrist but it's only fair that I put up this one as well... :) Also the rest of the staff here are wonderful in our experience."
