"first off we got our cat spayed and declawed. we expected to have an amazing experience BUT NO. when we went and picked up our cat he was as stiff as a bored. we almost thought he was dead. we got him home and found out they left a NEEDLE inside of his arm. NEVER GO HERE. they also charged us another 150 extra compared to our friend who went there. never returning."
