"I paid for a car wash from here and I paid for the $12 wash it first added a $10 payment to my card then a day later it updated to $12 then after a few days it randomly updated to $24, the machine is broken and is overcharging me. The wash was good I just don’t want to be overcharged"

"My experience with SunnySide Storage Units (north side) was beyond what I can put into words.....terrible, horrific, simply a nightmare. I entrusted this company to store my belongings from my previous home, safely and securely, which was not the case. Instead, when I went to move, and take my things out of storage, I discovered severe water and mold damage. Most of my furniture and things were damaged and or/destroyed. The things towards the middle/back of the unit were the very worst. The moving company I used refused to put the furniture on their truck because of the black mold that was on the furniture. I contacted the owner Rob Huber multiple times, who failed to get back to me after verbalizing that he would converse w his insurance. Homeowners insurance would not cover the damage as they cited the did not cover “flooding.” There has been no accountability or responsibility from the owner. The severity of the damage has affected my family greatly."

"Terrible place. Owner is greedy beyond belief and is solely out to get All the money he can out of someone. Car wash doesn't even clean a dang thing! Unless you are scrubbing your life away with a broom they don't provide you and the soap is terrible quality and the coin machine isn't a coin machine, it's a stupid token machine that barely says it! So if you accidentally stick a twenty dollar bill in it you won't get any quarters back and the owner won't refund it either or even answer the dang phone! The place is pathetic as hell."
