"Just moved in an the dryer vent appeared clogged. First provider really didn't open vent after initial & second call. I then gave Captain Clean a call. Amanda took the time to listen and provided guidance and counsel to what all the issues could be. Amanda and her son came out and went to work. They kept at it going back and forth from vent entry to vent exit at other side of home and between vents. After repeated attempts a huge amount of lint came out and then again, again and again. The amount was amazing. Our vent must have never been cleaned for 20 years it existed. Our dryer's venting is now great. And there was follow-up to make sure all was still ok. They were professional, kind, client focused, listened to what I had to say, trouble shooters and advised other issues that could be causing problems, if not vent clogged and took the time to make sure I understood and had a say in the process. Of all the repair calls I have had, this was by far the best. I am extremely happy with their service and highly recommend them."
