The man who called me named Craig had a good working knowledge of the water softener systems and helped me choose one to meet my needs. They were very affordable as well. They had a water softener on hand they could install that met my needs. Even came out and knew exactly what to do. My home was kept clean, he took care not to damage anything, had all the parts he needed and was done in about an hour and half. Showed us how to use the system and cleaned up well before leaving.
