They came and did the outside check but didn’t even knock on the door or check in to see with the bat I had upstairs in my bathroom. I called them back to have them come and actually do their job I asked for in the first place and they told me that the bat was probably gone by now (keep in mind I told them when I first called it’s still in there) and that they knocked but no one answered and they didn’t wanna wake anyone up even though me my gf and mom were all up and didn’t hear them knock at all.
