"I've used AaLadin washing equipment since, well, a very long time ago. Recently needed some technical info for a 2001 model year 14-430-SL. (not a call worth any manufacturers time, btw) The diagram was a diagram and while I certainly don't mind paying for good information this was pretty tough to read. Last I checked I have excellent vision. I explained my situation and we concluded that there isn't a higher resolution diagram for such and old machine. I was very pleased to receive a full refund- no questions asked. I haven't had time to revisit my old 14-430-SL but since then I bought a new one. I just wanted to take a second and say that it's really amazing to have companies still around that care more about a customer than $20 right now. Thanks to all at AaLadin for many years of great equipment and you definitely have a loyal customer."
