"I went to the Compass Memorial location in Williamsburg, Iowa today. I believe I have Covid . My experience with the nurse was horrible. She was cold and uncaring from the beginning. I ended up leaving with a bloody nose where she brutally pushed the swab beyond my allready swollen sinuses. I wish I could leave no stars checked but it requires one. I cannot believe they allow people like that in the health care industry!"

"My friend was just there for a cist on her overy. Her blood pressure dropped to shock levels (80/40) and they proceeded to tell her she was fine but REFUSED to let her leave to seek actual care. This is the second time this happened. This place is absolute trash"

"Honestly so disappointed in the service I received. I was told to come in to the ER due to a large amount of blood loss. This caused dizziness and weakness in my body. The doctor who was in charge of taking care of me told me “it wasn’t an emergency” then proceeded to tell me he would do blood work to check if I was anemic. I had already stated that I indeed was anemic and it was already in my chart. The doctor was just overall rude and careless. Will not come here again"

"I think the staff is very professional and friendly. Always have employees smiling and saying hello to you. I appreciate all of the services that they offer and have brought in. It saves people in our community from having to travel to one of the cities and navigate the big hospitals. Grateful to have them be a part of our community."
