"Excellent birria tacos! Made from beef braised in an adobe-seasoned stew, shredded, put in a soft taco shell, dipped in the stew, then put on a griddle to crisp up a little. The dipping sauce is the braising liquid, so you can drink it, but it's better used for dipping the taco before eating. Not too spicy, with enough heat to make 'em interesting and delicious! What really sets this place is the gracious and energetic service. Large portions and very fair prices. This is the kind of business you want to support, because they do everything the right way. I'm grateful for these hardworking members of the Sioux City community."

"Probably my favorite taco in Sioux City. Both times I've visited they've done very well. The portions can be large but what's nice is that I can share with my wife and daughter. The birria tacos are especially amazing and some of the best i've had. Great friendly service too."
