"Our father was admitted to ICU with severe medical condition. Though the outcome was inevitable the hospital staff was amazing! From the RNs Katie, Ashleigh and Periann to Nurse Practioners Dr Stacey and Shannon we seen nothing but compassion, hand holding and comforting words along with let us know what we can do for you. The RN staff are fantastic team players! If main nurse was busy another one would step in without hesitation. We never had to wait more than 5 minutes for anything from anyone on the entire team. No matter what hallway we walked down there was not one employee of Cass Health that didn’t say Hi or can I help you and always had smiles on their faces. Of all my hospital stays which have been plenty but never had we been to Cass Health; have we never received this type of service or empathy. This hospital is all about the patient and their family. "All the staff are so kind and wonderful! I was cautious about coming to the small town hospital to have my son but could not be happier I did! Dr. Keiser was so great throughout my pregnancy. Then once I was in labor all the nurses (Brooke, Melanie, Tiffaney, Shelbie) in Labor snd Delivery are amazing! I couldn't be any more grateful and pleased with my experience sith Cass County Memorial hospital. Brooke and Dr. Keizer get an extra star for being so amazing while I screamed and yelled until my little bundle arrived. Their patience and care are outstanding. If I was having another kiddo, I wouldn't do it without those two in the room. Dr. Keiser will without a doubt remain my primary care doctor for myself and my family for as long as possible."

"Review for The Physical Therapy Department I have a back injury which caused a long list of issues that left me dealing with some pretty horrible back pain and major mobility issues. I started physical therapy at the Cass County Iowa Hospital Rehab Center with Physical Therapist, Laura and Physical Therapist Assistant, Jordan five weeks ago. When I started I could hardly touch my knees, today I can touch my toes. They changed my life. They are both very professional and the facility feels very welcoming. They diagnosed my issues immediately and explained how they are doing something and why it was helpful to my recovery during each session. They pushed me to keep trying when the rehab ended being a little longer than expected. They celebrated my little victories that made my daily life a little easier because I was putting in the work. I feel like I'm in a whole new body. I cannot suggest every one of their staff more to anyone suffering from any body issues that need Physical Therapy because they will be left in the best care to help put you back together. If you're willing to try, they are willing to keep trying for you and change your entire quality of life. 11/10 would recommend"
