I had an emergency with one of my dogs that need immediate attention and I was not an established patient yet and they made time to see my little one and I cannot ever repay them for how thankful I am!!!! "Asked on 3 different occasion's to get my pets Shot records updated from Tri-state vet . Secretaries acted like they were too busy. Asked to talk to one of the veterinarians and they said they were busy. So I got their number and left a voicemail no one called me back that was 3 days ago. Seems to me like me or my pets aren't their concern unless they're getting paid for something I will be finding another animal hospital. Glad it wasn't an emergency Who Knows what would happen to my pet."
