"I never leave reviews. However, this place has been very disappointing to work with. Receptionist is terrible. Nursing staff won’t return my call regarding my daughter. We feel so helpless in dealing with her case. Differentials for her symptoms have not been thoroughly explored and we have been unsuccessful for managing symptoms. If anyone has any recommendation for GI pediatric specialist please let me know."
"Honestly the receptionists are terrible. Anytime I call with a simple question they are rude snd make me feel like an inconvenience. I get your busy and have a lot but if I'm told one thing and to follow up if it doesn't happen after x amount of days, don't get upset or snippy with me when I call to check the status. Also when they call they provide wrong information with a different patient pulled up. After my child's upcoming surgery I might look at changing gi clinics because while the Dr's there have been decent, the receptionists are terrible."
