"The staff are extremely lazy rude and disinterested. When they couldn't find orders from my Dr I had to do the foot work to track the orders down. Staff member Grace was extremely rude and seemed disinterested in helping at all. Also a manager I spoke to on another occasion on trying to figure out where my lab orders are was rude and refused to do any foot work and expected other clinics or the patients to do her work. Gave minimal effort."
"Quick in and out but horrible attention to detail. Only ran 1 of the 3 tests ordered. Still waiting on results over 24hr later, for tests that typically result within the hour. Not even convinced they’re using the right sample for the re-tests. Appalled."
"Avoid this place at all cost. I went there Monday and waited forever realizing people who came in after me was getting pulled first. Went up to the front desk to ask and they didn’t have my paperwork anywhere, saying it’s lost. I handed the slip to a girl like 30 minutes ago! She had to reprint the paperwork that she probably didn’t enter in the first place. Finally went in afterwards, the dude was rushing and was rough as hell. Along comes Wednesday they called me saying they lost my blood draw and have to come do it again. They asked me if I remembered who drew my blood as well. Don’t y’all have that on file? Irritated and a waste of time."
"Called them because of a random charge on a bill. The rep Beverly became very defensive and frustrated that I would expect them to be able to explain what the charges were on the bill. She began berating me for being "sarcastic" when I was honestly just trying to determine what the charges were. Eventually when I explained that it wouldn't work this way for any other business, that couldn't explain what the charges were, she started talking over me, and hung up on me. Ultimately the rep was unprofessional and easily agitated which escalated the situation. If there's ever any choice I would prefer not to have this lab handle my tests. Ended up getting connected with a Manager Brandy who explained everything, and also mentioned that the lab charge may have been mis-coded by the office. She was going to talk to the office and potentially resubmit the charge under a different code so that it was included in my annual physical."
"My Dr. Had requested I come in for a quick blood draw. I came over lunch hr. Was checked in and was totally impressed with the phlebotomist who drew my blood. My veins are a wreck from chemo, most people have problems finding a vein, and when they do it really is painful, but Vivian Johnson not only was professional in her demeanor, but on first try she was in and it was with NO PAIN. I asked to speak to her supervisor but was unable to wait to let Kim? know what a gift Vivian has and how calming and reassuring she was for me. Thank you so much for hiring a great staff!"
