"I don’t have anything to do with this day care whatsoever other than I parked in front by the side street to run into a different building, so I feel as if this isn’t my place to leave a comment. But I felt sad and I’m a mom so why not. Like I said, I was parked outside, probably about 25 minutes. And from the moment I pulled up to the moment I left, I heard what sounded like the same child, crying the entire time. I thought I can hear the child clearly, but hear absolutely nothing else from any adult or whatnot. Was there not anyone who could tend to the obviously upset child? It broke my heart."
