"Came straight from work and arrived by 3:55pm. 2 women inside saw me walking yo and closed the door. We attempted to call them and they didn’t answer. At 3:57 they came to the door advising they were closed. They then told me that I was disrespectful for coming at 3:55. I confirmed that the hour are till 4pm, so why would you shut the door on me: Another lady in the background stated “its because she’s black”. Then threatened to call the police. They ended up out back smoking cigarettes and it wasn’t even 4 pm yet. Contacting the better business bureau. The not so lovely ladies spewing racism were Vicki and Norma. Also recorded the interaction."

"Vicki was amazing! Got me in about 30 minutes prior to my appt time as a walk in and then got me out before my appt time even would have started. I spent maybe 10 minutes total here. Got blood drawn in one poke with seemingly no effort and that never happens to me. Her bedside manner was great and I loved how she could joke with me about the weather and her skills. Awesome place! Hope I don’t have to but will definitely come back if needed! Thank you Vicki!"

"The website and materials should clarify that you have to create an account before you can schedule an appointment. I was trying to schedule using the continue as guest option. While it takes you through to the locations and shows times, you can't select anything. I assumed maybe the slots were filled or something, so I decided to walk in. When I did, the room was full and there were 9 people on the wait-list ahead of me. I tried to schedule a time again using the kiosk, but nowhere does it say you have to create an account to do so. I didn't figure this out until 45 minutes later. By that time, the next appointment was an hour and a half. Create the account and save yourself some time. Scheduled appointments are given priority. This place doesn't have the manpower to service people in a timely manner. They may want to consider working with their clients better to know when they are going to have an influx of people. They should get more locations with more staff."
