"Completely incompetent. Unable to process payments reliably or even notify you before randomly demanding 1k payments. All so my children can sit in a gymnasium for 15 min a day."
"Do NOT send your kids here. Had an incident during summer kids club during summer of 2023. It involved the DIRECTOR, not just a staff member. There were several instances where my child was not allowed to use the restroom when needed. Seriously, a basic human right. Even when my child told another staff member he needed to use the restroom(emergency), the staff member was told not to let my child use the restroom by the DIRECTOR! They were in the school watching a movie inside, there is no excuse for this situation! Made several attempts to speak with the foundation director, Terri Dodds and presented her with evidence that conflicted with the director's story. She never followed up with me and I know several staff members were afraid to report this director because she had been there for so many years and "had pull" with Terri, which seems very clear since it has been over 2 months since my last follow up call to Terri with no response. This was already the last summer my child was going to be in kids club but if not, it would have been by this incident regardless. They do not care about your children or their basic needs or correcting the behavior of their staff members. Save your money and do not support them!"
"I am an educator. I have the summer off. My son does not need to attend Kids Club in the summer.... But. He. Will. Not. Miss. A. Day. My son jumps right out of bed, gets himself ready without direction and sometimes waits in the car for me to get ready to take him to Bell Kids Club. He loves the field trips, he craves the peer interaction (being an only child), he benefits from the constant activity and movement, he's made incredible connections with the high school leaders that work for Kids Club in the summers. Not only is the summer a huge draw, but the regular school year is also his jam. I am constantly asked to please come and pick him up right before KC closing time. He doesn't want to miss a moment. He just adores the kids, the activities and the fun. And I know the staff love and adore and take very good care of my special boy. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to the entire Kids Club staff and community. You make life fun for my son!!!"
"I have two children in Kids Club, they absolutely love it. The staff are amazing and I know my children are safe and having fun. The summer program is wonderful, field trips, lunch provided that my children will actually eat and so many activities!"
"I signed up my daughter for the summer Kids Club and she loves it so much. They have so many fun activities planned for the kids and the staff is great. I will be signing her up again!"
