"So I am a formal employee from From the daycare of what I have personally seen is that they are constantly shortstaffed, especially in the afternoons. They allow their staff to be on their phones quite often And the owner of the places is hardly ever there Leaving the Director/lead of the Ruby room to run the center and run a room which leads to stuff not getting done and documents being messed up. They claim to offer support to the parents, but only if you pass the Popularity Test And if you don’t pass that popularity contest, then your kid will suffer and you will too as the parents.There are many blind spots on the cameras, and the teachers do know about them, and some use them to their advantage. If your child on a Binky, they will be forced off of it. They have a hard time, keeping diapers together and putting them on the right kids. There’s been numerous complaints from parents that’s only on the main center. The baby center is probably a tad worse. The employee have to leave their phones in the bathroom due to being on them and not watching the babies. I have picked up my baby from the center and saw kids climbing on top of shelves and the teachers just standing and letting it happen knowing they aren’t bolted to the wall since it’s pushed along the window. My child was on a binky as well in the baby center and I was bullied into letting them not let her have it because they don’t allow them when they move up into the walker room. They don’t let the parents make decisions when it comes to the baby center they tell you what they are gonna do or they just do it. I wouldn’t recommend this place as employment or childcare. Also half of the reviews are from employees not parents on here so you can’t even trust what they say. Update!! I still am being harassed by this daycare! They are doing false claims of child abuse my case has already been dropped because they didn’t see anything wrong and only saw a lovely home."

"My children went to this childcare for two and a half days. I watched as my child was ignored, fed on the ground and even missed handled. On the third day I was sitting in my office when I opened the app to view the cameras and I watched as one of their employees pushed my child down several times. This woman even trapped my daughter’s arm between her legs as my daughter was screaming and crying. When I went to the office to pull my kids the owner was dismissive and acted as if it wasn’t a big deal. Not once did the owner apologize or check on my child even though I called repeatedly. Every time I would call the owner would ignore my phone calls. I would never ever take my children here again. They lack accountability!"

We have cameras in every room that parents can access at any point in time, and we have an app that we keep you updated on throughout the day! We try to make every new family feel like they are apart of our daycare family!"

"Little gems childcare has has my little one since she started walking, she’s now in the toddler room and she receives exceptional care! The staff is so tentative to my LO. I’ve never had a daycare experience like mine at little gems, gives me not a worry in the world trusting my baby with them! The staff is always very kind and my baby always comes home with a smile on her face"
