Their commitment to children’s well-being is truly commendable. However, my experience with the administrative or leadership aspect of this establishment has been less than satisfactory. For over three months, I've been in the unfortunate situation of awaiting a refund owed to me by KinderCare. Despite my hesitation in writing this review, I hope that shedding light on this matter will encourage them to rectify the situation and honor their commitment to reimburse me promptly. Throughout this process, I've made several attempts to communicate with the administrative team in a respectful and cordial manner. Unfortunately, these efforts have not yielded the intended results. I am optimistic that by voicing my experience here, it might prompt KinderCare to take the necessary steps to fulfill their obligation.
