"Really nice people. I had to wait in line for the dock door because there's not alot of room inside the gate. Just park on the street and go inside to check in and they will come to you on the forklift when it's time to unload. They prefer you not park in front of the gate because it's a really small place and it's hard for customers to get around you if your parked there. Once they start to unload you it doesn't take them long at all. They dont have overnight parking, but you might be able to park on the street idk."

"I stopped by your store on linem drive to pick up one bundle of cap. 20 minutes later the guy gets to my truck and expects me to load that. I see why a lot of the big outfits are starting to move towards SRS."

"All staff should be knowledgeable. This is a commercial builders supply chain providing insight into all products is a must. ABC is no Home Depot and its staff should reflect that. I have visited ABC's across the country and have met other ABC's like this one as well. The staff needs to be retrained in the products it offers. Also the staff has personal problems with each other that it interferes with customer service on all levels this includes the loaders lack of speediness."

"The lady that works at the front desk is extremely rude all the time and whenever I talk to her on the phone, she sounds as if she doesn’t want to be working. The guys at the front are always helpful and friendly so maybe that woman should take some customer service tips from them."
