"My experience has been a complete 180 than what it was with Home Depot. Long story short, I went to Home Depot, demanded my money back and hopped across the street to see Angel. I had just spent four months trying to buy an entry door. I came to Angel with what I wanted. He was able to mock it up and give me an estimate in minutes (HD took about an hour mucking around on their software). We worked back and forth on details and I made the purchase. A few weeks later the door came in (on time - HD was 2 weeks late). He called me, let me know it was in and we worked on scheduling an install. They ended up coming that weekend to install (HD was a month out for installs). The installer, Michael, was wonderful. He was very detailed and they were there much later than expected (everything in this house was done wrong). I couldn't be happier with my entry door and the process.
