"My church has a large basement area that has been in need of a refresh. I came in just to see if they could provide us with a swatch book. There were a couple of employees behind the counter, one was helping another customer. I stood in line behind them for ten minutes and no one bothered to greet me- even to let me know they’d be with me shortly, etc. After being deliberately ignored I drove right up the street to Sherwin Williams- they provided me with the swatches I needed right away. After deciding on colors we ordered the various gallons of paint our project required from Sherwin. Will not try Vogel again- they ignored a customer right out the door."
