"I have been a dedicated Sherwin Williams customer for 20 years. My primary Sherwin Williams was in Minneapolis, where I received exceptional customer service. Since moving to Le Mars, my dedication to Sherwin Williams is gone. There is an employee at the Le Mars Sherwin Williams who makes rude comments & acts like she is being inconvenienced when she has to do her job, every time I have shopped there. My last experience was the end of my dedication to this company. I placed an online order. After 1.5 hours passed I called to check on it. I was greeted with complete rudeness by her. She made a snide remark about all the colors of paint in my order. Then she said that “just because it is snowing, everyone in this town thinks they need to do a painting project”. We got off the phone. I then tried calling back 4-5 times to cancel my order. She would not answer the phone. I tried to cancel my order online, with no option to do so. I went into the store 45 minutes later & she had just finished up my paint. I told her exactly how I felt. She says in her 30 years of working for the company she hasn’t had customer service issues. I highly doubt that. Or are people in this town accepting of being treated badly when they are paying customers? The bar needs to be raised. I will no longer shop with this business."

"I purchased vinyl flooring from sherwin William's for our kitchen remodel , we were told it would be installed on a Friday. They guys came and the flooring didn't fit. Had to reorder and push back installation a week... I had to push back my cabinet delivery a week. Then when the correct flooring was in, i was told it would be installed the following Friday and told AGAIN it would be pushed back because they could not stop the current installation job they were doing. I pushed my cabinets installation back again. Then decided to purchase the flooring and find someone else to install it."
