"My building was built in 1973. It is 85 x 40‘ wide. The cement was poured first with about a 1 foot thickened edge around the whole structure and the building sits on top of the cement. In 2014 we had some foundation issues which led to a giant crack, and upheaval on the 85 foot side of the building. Cutting out and pouring new cement was not an option because the building sits on it and it wouldn’t work. We had a mud jacking crew come out in 2015 and stabilize the whole area and we waited to make sure there was no more movement and it has not moved since so I contacted Chad and his crew in 2021 to see what they could do for me, and they came out and worked magic as you can see from the pictures. You can hardly tell what lies under the epoxy."
