"Just got my nails done by Jimmy. Always so kind and polite. Been going there 13 months..first time acrylic now my own. Been getting pedicures also there. When I had my 2 knee replacements done in 2023 Jimmy and his staff went above and beyond to accommodate me. I love this nail salon. My neighbor also goes there"

"The older gal that did my nails was really rude! I was first going to do dip and changed my mind to get Shellac. I told her what number I wanted in cat eye. She says you need to show me really rude. I got up showed her what I wanted. She grabbed my hand was not nice at all! She says your nails to short for shellac.I told her it was fine the length of my nails. I prefer nails to be short. She yanked my hand and rudely rolling her eyes started to do my nails. I should have told her to stop and walked away. She filed my nails really hard and was rough with the grinder. She was not pleasant at all. If you don’t want to be there to be nice to customers find a new job. When I was done went to pay. She said amount really fast I asked her to repeat the amount and she rolled her eyes and repeated. I will not be going back. She is lucky she got a tip. I normally don’t complain about experience like this. But in small town you would think the gal would be nice to customers, beings a lot of elderly people go and get their nails done there. To me it was to see how many people they could get in and out the door. Good luck if you use the nail salon in Walmart."
