"Quick service, ow stress environment, and knowledgeable staff. I love that there is no waiting for the lobby with other pets and people passing you, you are immediately taken to a room. You're even able to check put in the room, so no awkward shuffling of leashes and wallets. This makes it so much lower stress for my dogs. The techs were detailed, quick, knowledgable with body language, and great at using positive reinforcement to encourage my pups to enjoy their time. The Vet herself was very willing to work with my dogs however they were comfortable. She had no problem getting right down on the ground with my collie for quick and easy shots that I don't think he notice. My shepherd has allergy issues that I've been working of for awhile, and they had plenty of new ideas for us. I really felt like they heard the issues and experiences I shared and tried to help us choose the best solution for our situation. They had specialists we could go to as well. There was never any pressure to take the more expensive option either. Great experience for my dogs and I."
"What brought me here was the need for affordable care for my two dogs. I live in Cedar Rapids and had an elderly dog and a new dog. The elderly dog had high liver enzymes indicating tumors. As bad luck would have it my new dog had anxiety and literally everything went in the mouth and was eaten. He needed emergency surgury that cost $5600. That went on a credit card. When same dog showed problems again I cried to vet I could not afford it and I still hadnt treated the elderly dog. That vet told me to forfiet my dogs because I cant afford them. Between the 2 we had spent $10,000 in 18 months! Needless to say I found this Vet. They took care of my Wego's surgery and put my babygirl Gypsy down with grace with an exremely affordable fee. I am so grateful to these good people. I guess the veterinary world is becoming as greedy as people doctors in Cedar Rapids. We will be paying on the CC for awhile but we learned a valuable lesson."
"They were absoulty amazing in saving my Star Star when she got parvo. They nursed her back to health and because of that she is still here today! I also used the cremation services when my older dog passed and yet again they showed so much compassion and made me feel "at home" I will always recommend them to anyone with animals!"
"The Williamsburg Vet Clinic provides a valuable, needed service to this community and they do it well. We are greeted with a friendly "Hello" and a smile at every visit. The staff have always been extremely professional and kind when treating my Service Animal. The veterinarian and Vet Techs have always been gentle and helpful with Micha, even when he did not want to cooperate. The office staff are great about sending reminders for appointments and fitting us in whenever an emergency arises. Thank you all for what you do."
