"We stayed at this Hampton Inn for the first time on our last vacation. The hotel was clean, rooms were clean, and the people were great. We would stay here again."

"Horrible support. Attempted to correct a reservation made online due to incorrect dates and even was going to add additional days and they wanted to charge a penalty. Clearly they must be so busy they don’t need more business. Shame on Hilton as they just lost a customer."

I will definitely be staying here when I'm in town. It is disappointing not to have the pool or hot tub at this time due to renovations, but I don't even mind because you were Top Notch!"

"Our dual queen room was less spacious than most Hampton Inns. Useable space was further restricted because the dresser/refrigerator/desk combo was approximately "8 from the wall. There was no closet which is strange. Also the toilet was exceptionally low which is something I have encountered at other Hampton Inns. On the positive side we did get an excellent rate due to lobby/pool/dining area renovations."

"Had to wait several minutes for someone to show up at check in desk upon arrival. The hotel was short staffed. No cleaning service and none offered.The room had a very loud heating/cooling system that would turn on randomly even though we turned it off from the thermostat. The room had a very large water stain (several feet long) on the ceiling. Keys did not work the second day. Breakfast bar had lukewarm food, green bananas, and boiling hot coffee and to top it off there were two homeless people sleeping in the lobby booths were guests we having breakfast. I would never stay there again."
