"Whimsy is the only place we have found where our pet is dropped off happy, he's treated like their own, and he's happy when we pick him up. He shows no signs of stress and gets plenty of time outdoors. Yes, at times there maybe miscommunication about hours on holidays, but I trust that if there was ever a serious issue, Vickie would work with you fairly. I don't expect perfection, especially for the great price. The most important thing to us is that our dog is treated well and enjoys being there, not fancy shampoo, hair dye or bows :) Highly recommended!"
