"The customer service at Hy-Vee is always awesome but on this trip I was going in to get breakfast and I saw the kitchen manager preparing and fixing a customer's food with no gloves on I asked one of the managers at the desk was this normal and she told me to ask the kitchen manager and when she pointed the lady out it was the same lady that was preparing the food with no gloves on, I did not get breakfast. This 8/23/23 around 7:50 am. An associate was nice and helped me locate an alternate pastry for breakfast."
