Reviews of Greenstreet Cycles
"They don't work on electric bikes. EDITED In response to the response. I'd like to acknowledge how amazing it is to see how much more customer service is rendered when on a public platform vs actually being in this store. More specifically this location. I was expecting the same service I received from the Aksarben location and was disappointed. There were two technicians present when I arrived both of which seemed busy, which is understandable. However I called to get some sort of understanding prior to my arrival. I was rushed off the phone and was told to bring in both of my Ebikes. I arrived with one. I began to tell them of prior services that I had done to my bike to attempt to gain some sort of resolution. Only to be told that I would need to possibly order new brakes from the manufacturer of the bike. To which I have no problem doing. However there were no diagnostic done by this shop to actually get some sort of solid resolution. Regardless of the cable system running with in my bike to the brakes, there were no attempts to diagnose my actual issue other than what I suggested. I was only told that the shop would not have the brakes and to order them from Espin. Which is what already had in mind. I came in to have my issue actually diagnosed by a professional or some one with better knowledge of what was actually wrong. I understand that this might only be a trial and error situation but I wasn't even afford the opportunity for a trial. Also I have a pretty basic hydrolic brake system that is in fact no proprietary to the manufacturer. Which probably would have been discovered eventually.Nevertheless I will take my bike to a shop that can give me more assurance and at the very least quality customer service in store."
"Todd, at Greenstreet Cycles was fantastic! He didn't hesitate one bit, diagnosed and quickly knew just what to do to fix a hand break. I was in an out. Thanks, Todd!"
"Great staff! Todd and the staff there are always helpful. Recently had tubeless setup on my Jamis as well as an adjustment and the bike rides like brand new again. Adding to my review. Recently I had new wheels and a new group set installed. Once again they did a great job and made necessary adjustments. I appreciate all of their guidance along the way."
"Stopped by to see about getting a bottom bracket and crank set installed on my bike. They had me bring in my parts and bike and had me out the door in less than an hour! Super friendly, helpful and very reasonable prices. Happy I choose this shop for my bike service needs."
"I cannot in good conscience recommend this shop. After dropping my bike off TWICE to bleed the front brake this is the result. The first pic shows how hard I had to pull the brake for it to engage after getting it back from the shop the SECOND time. The second pic shoes how hard I had to pull it after finally just doing the bleed myself. This shop left me with an unsafe and improperly bled front brake. The shop also replaced the pin that holds the brake pads with an aftermarket pin that does not match the stock rear brake. On top of that, the technician got mineral oil on my brake pad when he was testing the brake right in front of me. I was in shock at how incompetent these techs are. I would steer clear of this shop, they will leave you or your kid with an unsafe bike. I guess it's true what they say "if you want something done right, you have to do it yourself""
