"I have four cats and one dog. I take all my bets to earlham veterinary clinic. They're very kind and compassionate and takes very good care of them. I would definitely recommend her. Thank you so much for your wonderful service."
"We absolutely adore Renee Dirks. We drive 15 miles from another town and would drive many many more to take our loved (spoiled) fur babies to her. Prices are more than reasonable."
"I booked a ride on the Friday before I was supposed to arrive in Rutland on Sunday. The guy who answered his phone on Friday was cutting in and out on his cell phone, so he asked me to send him a text message. I did explain what day and time my plane was going to land at the Rutland Airport. I never received a message of denial or confirmation. I texted the number again to confirm the ride. No answer back. When I landed in Rutland, he was not there. I called the number, and the Voicemail said to check their website because the hours of service have changed. I did, guess what, they had changed their hours to no service on the weekends. One would think a sple gesture as responding to a message is a difficult task. He could have texted me back and told me that on Friday, so I wouldn't think I had a ride to my hotel in a place I had never been to before."
"Dr. Dirks has taken good care of our pets historically with vaccinations and general wellness exams. She is kind and our dogs don't have any fear when going to see her. Recently, though, we had a neuter experience that was surprising. After surgery, our dog was allowed to lick himself and was sent home extra swollen and bloody. He was also not given any meds for recovery. After a few hours resting at home, he was in so much pain we took him to a closer vet for follow up care. Upon examination, we were told his sack had filled with blood likely due to vessels not being entirely closed off during surgery. While I would recommend Dr. Dirks for other care, I cannot for surgery based on our experience."
"I came here for the first time yesterday to get my dog up to date on vaccinations based on the recommendation of family and local friends. Making an appointment was easy, the clinic was very clean, and I could tell the vet truly cares about animals. She was gentle and compassionate, and didn't try to sell me anything we didn't need. I even got some excellent recommendations for some things for my dog to chew on to keep her teeth healthy. I definitely plan to keep coming back, even though it's about a half hour drive for me. Some things are worth it."
