"We have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Jen but we have been trying to get a hold of the office since November. We have called and left multiple messages and haven’t received a call back. We have called 3 or 4 times in a row and no one answers. We have gone into the clinic during their posted business hours to find the door locked and the parking lot empty. We have sent messages on Facebook and no response. We are changing vets as we can’t get any response."
