The level of customer service provided by this company is nothing short of abysmal, making it the worst I have encountered since the departure of Sumner Johnson. One of the most glaring issues I encountered was the company's slow response time. It seemed as though my calls were consistently ignored, and it was incredibly frustrating to receive no follow-up or acknowledgment of my concerns. Additionally, Auto Chlor has a tendency to overstock their products in order to inflate invoices. This unethical practice not only raises concerns about their integrity but also raises questions about their commitment to providing fair and transparent pricing to their customers. Perhaps most concerning of all was the failure of Auto Chlor to deliver on their promises regarding equipment repair. Despite assurances, my equipment was left unrepaired, leaving me unable to operate it effectively. This not only disrupted my business operations but also highlighted a lack of accountability and responsibility on the part of the company. To make matters worse, Auto Chlor's managers resorted to strong-arm tactics to secure payment, even though they lacked the authority to write checks. This behavior is not only unprofessional but also raises serious ethical concerns about the company's overall business practices. In a shocking turn of events, Auto Chlor physically removed the arms from the machine, rendering it non-operational. The Overall, my experience with Auto Chlor has been nothing short of a nightmare. The combination of poor customer service, unmet promises, unethical practices, and strong-arm tactics has left me deeply disappointed and frustrated. I strongly advise potential customers to consider alternative options before engaging with this company."
