"Purchased CBD treats “Treatibles” brand for my cat from Iowa City location. My cat, who lives to eat, refused to try them and when I offered to my second cat, who eats everything, he also refused. These treats were $32 and according to my 2 cats, terrible enough to not take a taste. I tried returning them today, was open to full CC return or store credit, and was refused since the treats “were open.” There was absolutely no way to know that my cats would refuse to even try these treats if they hadn’t been open. This is terrible customer service from a small local business I really wanted to support with my $$$. The treat company should replace/refund the store. The consumer, I , should not have to be out $32!! I will not be back, and given that I have three dogs and two cats… I would say this is a huge financial loss for your store, over $32!"
