"I am very disappointed! I feel like you all overbook yourselves. If you would take less clients you would be able to spend better time with each pet and have more accurate haircuts for the price we pay. I paid $70. My dog weights 4.5 pounds. Not only was he left with a terrible haircut, but he has had terrible gas and diarrhea for 2 days since we left. I have had to clean his entire kennel because he crapped over night, 2 nights in a row!! I don't even want to take him back for the "free" haircut "fix" they explained at checkout!"
"First and last time taking our doodle to get groomed at this location. When I dropped my dog off they mentioned an added charge for tending to some matted fur that he acquired while recovering from a recent surgery. I didn’t realize that meant that they were going to completely shave him from head to toe. I feel like quality of the grooming was not worth the price we paid. On top of that, when I picked up my dog they refunded me some of the extra money I paid to have my dog’s nails grinded down and said my dog got “a little nippy, and didn’t let them finish.” I thought this was weird because they also told me he was really well behaved. As I was paying for the grooming the checkout worker pointed out that my dog was bleeding from his nails being trimmed too short. I’m not surprised he didn’t want them to touch his paws after that. The only perk to this groomer is that their schedule is very open and you can get them in within a week. I didn’t realize beforehand that this was actually a red flag!"
"I have taken my dogs here for over 5 years. However, I moved away and recently moved back. I took my labradoodle 2 weeks ago, dropped him off with a teddy bear hairdo as he always has, picked him up shaved bald all over including his tail. They didn't even want to brush him or deal with him, I asked for his ears, teeth and toenails to be done and none of it was done. The ladies were so rude. I arrived early to pick him up and I watch through the window to where they couldn't see me and they were so mean to the dogs they were grooming I was in tears. If you are thinking of taking your dog here please don't, it was awful and so sad that any animal not be treated with loving care."
"The ladies that work in the grooming salon are usually pretty friendly, but the last 2 times I dropped my dog here, upon just walking into the salon, he became terrified. So terrified that he began wailing and crying when I handed him over to the groomer. The salon was very busy and noisy so I believe the high intensity of the salon made him uneasy. Also, When the groomer noticed he was shaking; she didn’t cease and make sure he was ok. She just kept going which made him even more afraid. Won’t be coming back because I can’t trust someplace my dog can’t. I don’t feel comfortable sending him to a place that gives him anxiety."
"This salon is consistently overbooked making a stressful environment for the animals and the staff / long waits for grooming as the other review stated. The only service I go in for is for a nail cut/grind and this can’t be booked online, we always have to walk in. (I would love to make an appointment!) we had an issue today, having never had issues before in our 2+ years, where my dog was given over to a new or inexperienced member of the team. He didn’t speak to me, or say anything to my dog(it sounds small but it is important for my dog to feel comfortable) I saw the staff member tighten and heighten the loop around my dogs neck way too hard when my dog was uncomfortable with the cutting. I had to go in myself and ask that someone help because it was clearly uncomfortable for both him and the staff member. I would have expected him to stop performing the service if he was uncomfortable and would rather have taken my dog with two toenails cut than have him pull on his neck like that. I am not one to leave reviews but our dogs are family and this was not a good experience."
