"This was my first time getting nails at this salon. They finished my nails from beginning to end in 10 minutes. I have never gotten my nails done that quickly at ANY other salon. People go for an experience they cannot get at home. If I had known they were going to shape and paint my nails and be done, I can do that at home. I paid $40 for 10 minute nail service. I also paid with a credit card and my friend did not. My friend and I got the same nail service but I paid $10 more as a credit card fee. Small business are charged a 1.5-3.5% processing fee. I do not mind this fee coming out my pocket since I am the one who chose to pay with a credit card. Even if the processing fee was 3.5% and they added it to my bill, that is only $1.05 more. Not $10. That is simply bad business."

"The ONLY place in Sioux Falls I trust doing my acrylic nails. They soak off the nail instead of forcing them to come off which rips off layers of the natural nail leaving the natural nail bendy, soft and thin. Soaking them off leaves my nails healthy and strong since I’m a repeat acrylic client. So many nail salons force the nail to come off because it’s more time effective even though it’s not what should be done. Simply nails takes time and pride in getting the job done the right way instead of rushing and doing a poor quality job. They are kind, not stuck up like most other nail businesses in Sioux Falls, and make me feel comfortable. I have walked into so many nail salons where I feel rushed, like they are judging everything about me, do mot seem like seem like kind people AND do a poor quality job leaving me with an overall bad experience. Aside from soaking the nail off, they get the perfect shape without knicking my cuticle with the drill, don’t make my circles sore and red or bleeding. Over all very careful, quality and still time efficient. Simply nails is the best place in every aspect. I will not spend my money any where else."
