"This is the second time I went into this store, staff both times was extremely rude. First time I got many items and just ignored the fact that the associate was not helpful at all and this time I came in to return an item that was sent from online order in the wrong size and staff did not want to return it!!! Said she will call security, after i explained the situation and argued with her to return the brand new item that was sent in the wrong size. I called fabletics online they sent a label right away for me to return via mail. Will not shop in that store again. Didn’t bother to get the associates names but it was the two girls who worked in the village point store on October 17th around 11:30 am."

I felt like he held our hands through the whole process. We ended up getting 4 pairs of bottoms! They even said they would give us our 50%, after the fact when we come in next time. I appreciate having a store here locally so we can come in and feel welcomed and support a brick and motar. The store manager was great too!!!"
