"Took my 5 month old puppy here to get Spaded. During surgery her heart stopped and she stopped breathing. They claimed that they got her back in time, but she was already neurologically damaged. We took her to urgent care ,They pretty much said that she was brain dead.. We had no choice but to put her down. She was suffering. This is so heartbreaking. And what a joke you think it's going to do me. Any good to talk to your medical director LOL? You got your money. That's all you guys care about. Just like one review, I saw it should be horrible care. Not best care for your name. You cost us between you and urgent care. Almost $3000 just to have our dog put to sleep We truly can't afford an expense like that. But we had to do it for her own good. She was suffering because of you guys and you killed her."

"I've been taking my dog Gus here the last few years for his check-ups. The vets and staff are so always kind and helpful. My pup gets anxious meeting new people but they are so patient with him. I've seen a couple different vets/assistants here and my experience has been great across the board. The pricing is also lower for services than the vet office I went to (in Lincoln) when I first adopted him. Definitely recommend Best Care Pet Hospital!"
