"I want to give them a good review. They have done a lot of work for me and I have paid them >$20k for that work to date. They have been good about fixing deficient work they have performed that didn't meet requirements. The peel and seal and been their hardest aspect. The first time they used the incorrect sealent on the sides (used roof sealant). They accepted the issue and made the repairs for free. I have been back to pick the RV up 3 times so far. Each time an area was missed. Each time, I could tell the service manager was more and more embarassed for the miss. For the troubles they finished winterizing the unit and are delivering it to me so I don't have to continue making trips to Hiawatha. The other aspect is front desk service management. If I could I'd go in there and do a lot of organization around their work process/flow. There are a lot of areas of opportunity here where the front desk service reps are more coordinated and connected with the service techs and the work performed. Nearly every time I have called now it is a slight headache. Most times I get a simple answer of, "Your unit is ready for pickup.". If I ask a simple follow-up question such as, "What was done with X?" they do not know any of the work performed or the result. Only that the unit is ready for pickup. I often get a, "I will have to look and call you back." >50% of the time I never get a call back. For example, I was supposed to get a call to schedule delivery of my RV. I never received a call so I then have to make the call. Purely a simple fix through work process and logic. Again, I appreciate the service manager and the overall department in addressing deficient work performed. Many other places today do not have the integrity to accept and then address issues in the work they perform. There are areas of opportunity for both customer affinity and internal efficiency for both techs (30%) and the service desk (70%)."

"We barely have 400 miles on our camper as we travel to local campsites. This year the first time out our tire exploded and then when we got to the campsite we noticed the other was gradually flattening. I called in and was told unfortunately since I got my camper brand new from them 2 years ago and it’s a 2018 camper this is normal even though the tires are not worn. I would’ve assumed if I was buying a brand new camper from them that I wouldn’t have to worry about new tires after 2 years. I even asked about a tire warranty and they said they doubt it without even checking. There are no cracks on the tire sides indicating dry rot or any other concerns. Very disappointed."
