"Went inside to pay for gas and Hispanic cashier wouldn’t take my money because I wasn’t standing where he wanted me to stand. That was the poorest customer service I’ve ever experienced. Also, it was the one on 2349 Blairsferry Road NE Cedar Rapids, IA. He is just bad for business!!!"

"The employees are absolute MORONS!! I live right by this gas station and I have always gone here. It has gotten to the point that I refuse to go there. I have a rewards card with them and love the program however I cant use it because anytime i go up to use the card it says my card is not registered which I have done 3 times. The managers response is that the cards are cheap so you have to do it again. I have seen so many people so IRRITATED leaving this store. The employees they had last year were great. Now all are completely stupid. They NEVER stock the shelves! Never have simple thing such as a diet Pepsi. There is always an excuse and its the same! Our manager always orders wrong"

"Every time I go there, there is some sort of problem, whether it be computers down for shift change(which I've NEVER heard of until my experience of wasting time and gas going there), pumps down, stupid customers who literally have to be on their final brain cell, and as others have mentioned, employees. My last trip the lady was cheerful and whatnot to the guy ahead of me, and all of a sudden that changed when I came to the counter. Her tone of voice of bitchy and rude, and the way her body language was would get most people a tongue lashing from their manager."
