"slow service and pricey was told $8,300 plus shipping for a RZR200 so $8,600 from this place. called the local john Deere dealer in my town and withing 30 minutes got a brand new RZR200 for $7,000 all in plus free delivery van wall brought the RZR out to me dropped off the paper work for me to sign because i was working even before i wired the money the next day the sales rep comes to my house and picks up the signed papers and i wired the money, that's customer service"
"So, I want to like this dealership, I really do. Especially since my options to buy new have all but been eliminated since they've essentially created a monopoly in central Iowa. I've had a few services done here, interacted with some of the sales team, and all of those experiences have been underwhelming. For one, the service is incredibly slow and somewhat expensive. I came in for an interval service on an Indian, which was essentially a $320 oil change. I was told by the guy at the service desk that it would take 1.5 hours. It ended up taking over 3 hrs! For a frame of reference, I've personally stripped this bike down to its frame, installed multiple accessories, and put it back together in less time than it took them to perform an oil change. I thought maybe this was a fluke, but then I went back for another service that simply required them to hook the bike up to their computer and update the software. It took them 1.5hrs... Since their service is so slow, I've had plenty of time to talk with some of the sales team. While they have been nothing but kind, the resounding lack of knowledge on the products that they sell is jarring. Now, this is a multi-brand dealership, so I fully understand not being a master of all of the bikes on the floor, but to know nothing about the bikes, including the model names, is just sad. I'm sure they'll improve, as they're relatively new, but at this point, I couldn't imagine purchasing from them or getting another service done there."
"I picked up an XR150L from Stroom. I ended up driving two hours to do business with them because of their timely and direct responses to my inquiry. The staff were incredibly friendly, and equally as knowledgeable about their products. Their assembly costs are very reasonable, and after speaking with a member of service, very much worth it to know that it’s been assembled by a team who take pride in making sure your machine is ready to run. Sterling, my sales rep, had the bike ready to go by the time I arrived, and made sure I had no questions regarding the features or operation of the bike. Tyler in the finance department made the usual drudge of the purchasing process quick and painless, being certain that I understood all of the paperwork I was signing, and the products/protection available. I would highly recommend doing your powersports shopping here. Even if you’re from out of town, it’s worth the drive."
"Great crew and energy! Sterling and Tyler E were phenomenal to work with. I hope I get to work with them again when I decide to upgrade. I recommend this duo to any new riders or women shopping. They were professional and made the experience fun for a nervous newbie. I first came in after my MSF course to get a feel for motorcycles on the market as I was preparing to make my first purchase. I was nervous about asking "dumb questions" and they quickly put me at ease. They had many options across all price ranges that fit my 28" inseam, which was very encouraging. They took the time to listen and had no problem walking in circles around the showroom to help compare, answer, and educate. This first visit was extremely laid back and was refreshing to simply be able to learn. I loved this as a new rider and as a woman. They were welcoming and made sure I was safe and comfortable if I was trying a bike that was a little taller than I was used to. Fast forward a few weeks later (now fully endorsed), I noticed a bike on sale from their website. I went in immediately and inquired about the buying process since I have never bought a motorcycle before. They were very patient with me and took the time to make sure I understood everything about the buying process. I ended up making my first purchase and I could not have asked for a better experience. Not once did I feel pressured to buy something out of my comfort or price range. It was extremely low stress, low pressure, fast, and easy. All thanks to Sterling and Tyler!"
