Walmart Vision & Glasses

"Just trying to make an annual exam appointment. Called twice today, first time around 3pm, was on hold for 30 minutes. Second time I called around 4pm, was on hold for an hour and a half. Never spoke to a person either time. No option to leave a voicemail. I understand being busy, but it takes 10 seconds to answer and at least let the caller know that someone is there and will be with them eventually. Edit: I ended up just driving there to make an appointment in person, I called again before I left home and stayed on hold all the way there (about 10 minutes) I walked in and there were 2 employees and one customer. The employee not helping the customer was completely ignoring the phone. She asked if she could help me and I said well I have been calling and holding for almost 2 hours at this point, I just need to make an appointment. Got the appointment made but there is no excuse for them not answering the phone."

"I love Dr. Bartlett. I've been going to him since I was 8 years old but this rating is for the office. I needed to order contacts for my teenager tonight. I've called probably 10 times. Each time someone has either picked up and hung up on me without saying anything, or picked up and then put me on hold without ever saying anything. I still haven't even gotten a "hi, can you hold". Just someone who is continuously hanging up. So whoever is working your phone on October 6th, definitely shouldn't be working there and when my prescription is up I won't be going back."

I've had not one doctor that compares with Dr. Bartlett. He was thorough, asking many questions, and listened to my answers without interrupting me. I've always felt rushed in similar situations. Not only did he test and retest my vision, he gave me options as to how I would like to correct my vision needs. I now am able to wear just the lenses he prescribed in order to see clearly whether I'm reading or driving. Thank you again Dr. Bartlett!"
