"Why I gave it 4 stars is because of the checkout is in the middle of the store. We had no idea. 1st time in JC Penny's in 4 years. It took us forever to find the checkout. No staff on the floor to ask. The store is to big one area for a checkout."
"Found a sweater on sale for $14.99 & long sleeve t-shirt for $5.99. Clerk argued regarding prices, walked away n came back with different price table stand. Said sweater was $70. Had items voided and returned to sale tables. Why I don't frequent JCP."
"Crowded (obviously it’s Black Friday) well staffed. And the lines are moving quickly. Two stars for mixed up signage resulting in misleading pricing. You will think that something is $20 only to find out at check out that it is 40. Double check every. Single. Thing. Check the sign and even verify online pricing, before standing in line. Example and photos below green coat is $15 more than the other coats."
"Excellent service from Lori. The store didn’t have the boots I wanted in my size, so she helped me order them online."
"Went in to Sioux Falls store this am. Looked like ghost city. Saw 2 employees tried to find men’s winter coats. After walking much of the store my wife and I left to go buy at Kohl’s instead. Neither employee even asked if we needed assistance! No wonder your company is having issues!!!!!"
