"Walked in not knowing which direction to go for electric scrapper. Then not even a minute a really nice guy came and asked me if I needed help, l said definitely, told him what I was looking for. He said they didn't have them in the store they were on their Web site. He went to his computer looked it up asked me my info an " poof "my order was done . And so was i. Next time I go there I will spend some more time looking around. He was helpful, professional, nice and he knows what he is talking about. Excellent service"

"We go to the one on 6th st and have always had a good experience. The staff are friendly and always willing to help. We are there at least once a week getting feed, and one of the time's a younger man that was working and noticed I was having trouble getting the 8 feed bags due to a bad shoulder. He offered to help me get the rest of what I needed and then pushed the cart to my car and even loaded all the bags for me."

"Had the BEST Service at the Cedar Rapids Tractor Supply!! So earlier today we purchased a 36in BlackStone Griddle Grill. When we got home we noticed a tear on the side of the box. Pulled the grill out and saw a huge dent. We took it back right away. They were so apologetic.They had 1 left so we grabbed it. Not only did they give us a discount on it, but for our trouble they gave us a 2 yr warranty free of charge. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure we were happy. Now that is customer service.
